Moving beyond keywords

Google is bis by far the best search engine on the Web. Unfortunately most people don't use Google search past plugging in a few keywords. That may be the quickest way to get results but there are better ways to maximize your searches relevancy.
Google's search options go far beyond keywords, the Web, and even its own programmers. Here's a few tricks you can use to get better search results.
related: Adding this query to the start of your Google search will get sites that are related to the following URL. Copy and paste the following into a Google search box to see it in action.
related:www.google.com
clicking on the "Similar Pages" link on Google's main results page will give you the same results.
link: Adding this query to the start of your Google search will show sites that are linked to the specified webpage. Copy and paste the following into a Google search box to see it in action.
link:www.google.com
info: Adding this query to the start of your Google search will show some information that Google has about that web page. Copy and paste the following into a Google search box to see it in action.
info:www.google.com
Also you could type the sites full URL into the Google search box and the same information would be displayed.
define: If you wanted to define a particular word then placing the query "define:" (without the quote's) before the search term would give you a detailed definition of that word. Copy and paste the following into a Google search box to see it in action.
define:trade
Note: Remember to never add a space after a query.
